Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year + performance-based incentives
Job Purpose
Support the growth of RISCS Consulting by assisting with strategic sales, client engagement, and business development activities in IT, ICT, and security consultancy. The role focuses on developing client relationships, coordinating commercial and technical proposals, supporting RFQs, and providing advisory input alongside senior consultants. This is a fully remote role, supporting both UK and Saudi clients, with flexibility to work during Saudi working hours where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and support new business opportunities in IT, ICT, and security consultancy
- Assist in account management, maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring timely communication
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations, in coordination with technical consultants to align commercial and technical aspects
- Support invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring commercial documentation is complete and accurate
- Contribute to RFQs, proposals, tender documentation, and pricing support, under guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate with technical consultants to translate complex IT, ICT, and security solutions into commercial value for clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Participate in client meetings and workshops during UK and Saudi working hours to support business development activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or related field (RQF Level 6+)
- Entry-level / new-entrant experience in sales, business development, or consultancy support is acceptable
- Exposure to RFQs, proposals, or tender processes is advantageous
